Frontier Western Wear ships UPS only. Orders placed weekdays after 12:00 pm (EST), weekends and holidays will be fulfilled on the next business day in the order it was received. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. When you receive the order depends on the shipment method you chose during checkout and your location. We will make sure your items arrive as quickly as possible, however, Frontier Western Wear cannot be held responsible for late arrivals.
Items Out of Stock - Backorders
Out of stock items ordered are considered back orders. If item(s) ordered are out of stock... 1) You will be notified by e-mail 2) Frontier Western Wear will provide you with an estimated ship date or notify you when the product(s) become available. 3) The rest of your order will ship out. 4) You will be refunded or your credit card will be adjusted for the price of that item and any shipping charges related to the out of stock item(s) 5) NOTE: When that item becomes available and is ready for shipment, your credit card will be recharged for that item and its shipping rate. This is how we must handle back orders through our system. We hope this will not be an inconvenience to you as a customer.
NOTE: Should you not want to wait for the item(s) on back order, please notify us via phone or e-mail of your cancellation. It is your responsibility to cancel back ordered items. Thank you for your understanding about back orders.

Returns Policy
At Frontier Western Wear, we value your satisfaction. To encourage a positive experience with Frontier Western Wear, we except returns which are in 'as received' condition. Merchandise that is worn, altered, or abused will not be credited for return.
All returns must be made within 30 days from the date of the purchase. Please fill out the return form and enclose it with the returned item(s). Should you wish to exchange an item(s), please fill out the information that is included on the return form. If the exchange merchandise is available we will adjust any amount that is owed for the difference and the shipping charges will be applied to your credit card.
When returning your item(s), we recommend you use an insured and trackable mail service. COD'S will not be accepted. Frontier Western Wear does not reimburse shipping costs associated with returning unwanted merchandise.

Once the returns are received with the proper form filled out, we will credit the amount of the merchandise total to the proper credit card used. We are sorry we cannot credit shipping charges. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
Damaged goods. Merchandise damaged while in transit (shipment) are subject to policies set in place by the shipping company. In the event of damage to a shipment, a complaint must be made with the carrier within 14 calendar days after delivery. All claims must be made in writing to UPS within 120 calendar days after the acceptance of the shipment by UPS. All claims under this section are subject to proof of value.
Returning Items Purchased Via Gift Certificate or Money Order Same policies apply as above: - Returns must be made within 30 days
- Returns must be accompanied with return's form
- Shipment of merchandise to be returned is customers responsibility and
is non-refundable - Frontier Western Wear reimbursements will be paid using the method in which they were received
Gift Certificate - reimbursements will be in form of gift certificate Money Order - reimbursements will be in form of company check - Balances due to Frontier Western Wear can be paid in any form though we prefer original payment method.
